My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

Once the product leaves our care we must trust the shipping service. We're deeply sorry if this happens. Please send pictures of the damaged items to contact@iamblissfullyme.com and per your request we can do a refund or re-ship with better luck. 

 

When will my refund be issued? 

If you are due a refund we will process within 24-48 hrs of being notified.

 

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
